  I am extremely happy with my experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The representative at the Sheraton Hotel location in Denver on Monday morning provided exceptional customer service and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was an amazing start to my rental experience. I also needed to return my vehicle earlier than planned and dropped it off at the 22nd & Broadway location. The entire team there was fantastic—everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The process was convenient, easy, and stress-free. After receiving a text message that my bill had been sent, I noticed a small issue and replied immediately. The team corrected it right away without any hassle. That level of responsiveness and care really stood out. Overall, this was top-tier customer service from start to finish. Great people, great locations, and a smooth experience all around. I am very satisfied with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and will absolutely recommend them and choose them again in the future. — Michael

  Horrible, HORRIBLE experience. I tried to return a one-way rental here this evening. The address on the Enterprise app is wrong, had to go into the Sheraton Hotel to ask for directions to the garage. There is zero signage to suggest there is an Enterprise inside the garage. I never found the Enterprise but it is supposedly inside the hotel parking lot on level B2 (which you would only know if you read random online Google reviews). I pulled a ticket, entered the hotel garage, looking for B2. However, half of the garage was cordoned off for construction or something and I quite literally do not think B2 exists. All I could find was B3 or B4. Anyway, I drove around for 15 minutes and could not find B2 or any signage for Enterprise, and then had to pay $21 to leave the garage. Completely insane especially for Enterprise which I've had good experiences with in the past and is known for customer service. I ended up bringing the car to another location a mile away in Downtown Denver which was much easier to find and will try to get drop-fees waived because of this experience.

  They were so pleasant here and offered solid advice on how to utilize the airport location to better suit my needs. I appreciated this as I hope this saved the weekend. Thank you so much for being kind! Will forever be an enterprise renter.

  While the location was hard to find along with the return entrance after the rental, the staff (primarily dealt with Evan) were excellent and made the transaction easy. Car was clean and well-maintained.

  NO CARS! I booked a rental online, just 30 minutes in advance. The online booking tool gave me over a dozen vehicles to choose from. It even gave me the option to upgrade for a very small fee. I took an Uber for 30 minutes only to arrive and they have no cars! Not a single one! They said it would be a few hours u til they have cars. Why let someone book a car online and give them options when you have no cars?
