  Waited 2 hrs for a confirmed reservation car!! My reservation was not honored. At first they said 1 hr, it became 2 hrs. I don't know if calling ahead will help, since they give away cars to walk ins for a higher reservation price. They also had to uber six of us to another enterprise location to speed up the process. Luckily, this didn't mess with our plans too much, and the later drop off time worked out well. We also got some money off the daily rate to compensate for our frustration.

  Great experience! So grateful for this location as it's so close to my home. Will definitely be using them again. Easy reservation process. Received clear "how to find us" directions via email with my reservation confirmation and clear "how to return your car" directions once I picked up the car, since I'd be returning after hours. I let Enterprise pick my car and ended up with a sporty little SUV in great condition. Thanks to the Enterprise team in LoDo Denver for making the rental quick and easy.

  Good price for the week, had no issues with the car, pick up or drop off. The attendant Alex was very kind and helpful throughout the process. Thank you!
