I don’t drive far distances so had used 1/4 of a tank when 2weeks later they switched the car out for another—it also was near empty so I filled it up. When my car was ready at the auto shop it had 3/4 tank of gas remaining. Who rents cars that have no gas in them?

Although you could tell they were very busy at this location, Caleb was still personable, patient, friendly/positive, answered all our questions and took the time to show us all the things we needed to know about the car. He also noticed we didn't have a snow brush and made sure to grab one for us before we left. Caleb exemplified what great customer service looks like. Thank you Caleb!

Very good customer service and the vehicle provided was nice and clean. Griffin was very efficient and had me out in no time! Also, if you are getting picked up from the shop they will be there waiting for you before you even get there! I will be a returning customer. Thank you very much for making everything run smoothly.
