  I returned a car here from out of state. As I prepared to walk in, I was hit with an overpowering aroma of what is likely too many glade plug-ins. The lady was with a customer, so I waited outside. I think she was confused by me staring through the window, but I could not stand those fumes. Endocrine disruptors. I am highly allergic to artificial scents (carry epipen). But at the minimal, I didn't want a migraine. I wish companies considered this with their customers. If the place is clean, you don't need fumes choking people while they wait for a vehicle. I was hoping to frequent this location as it is closest. Incredibly disappointing not to be able to go inside for future rentals as a frequent renter. Otherwise, the experience was fine for a return.

  Car display shows it is due for an oil change. I notify them and i was told to come in for a replacement, only for them to tell me oil is good and gave me the keys back. This is something they checked in 2 minutes. instead of notifying me through text or phone call, they made drive around and lose time. Due to not checking the computer, they didn't make it simple and made me waste time. Definitely unprofessional when other priorities need to be taken care of

  Great location. Super fast. Everyone was very helpful. And, when I had a small issue with my car, they rectified it immediately without asking. A+. Highly recommend.

  My experience could not have been better. I called them multiple times and they were always helpful. The people that run this location strike me as intelligent and professional.
