The day before my rental they left me a voicemail saying they wanted to "verify some details" about my reservation. I tried calling them back 3 times, and no one picked up. I guess it wasn't very important. When I got there the next day, they didn't have the car type I reserved, which they spinned into a "free upgrade" in a painfully salesy way. (Maybe that was the detail they wanted "verify" on the phone?) I went out to the car and the fob appeared not to be working. I went back into the office, asked the question, and the mechanic who was standing around the office, grabs the fob out of my hand and said "I'll take care of it". And not in a nice or helpful way. He walked outside, I followed, and then he made some patronizing comments with a smirk about how the fob doesn't work when the car is on. He walked off. It was kind of 0 for 3 before I even drove down the block. Not the experience you want to deal with after a long flight. I always thought Enterprise was a little better at customer service. But I will never rent from this location ever again.

I needed a car for a month while mine was in the shop for a theft attempt; and this place completely took care of me. For a small location, they always had great options and they worked with me to understand my needs without overselling. When my car wasn’t ready in time for a pre-planned road trip, they helped me switch to a surprisingly affordable SUV on short notice. They were always very transparent about pricing, add-on options, and gas fuel expectations, etc., and they were very reasonable about what constitutes wear and tear for such a long rental. Shout out to Lake for going the extra mile in service every single time — he deserves a raise!
