    I showed up to pick up my rental - and they were out of cars. The manager at the Leetsdale Enterprise in CO was amazing in the handling the difficult situation. I was renting the car to drive to two important meetings. The manager personally drove me to my first meeting and then had one of his team pick me up and drive me to my next meeting. It is by far the best customer service I have ever received in any context. I imagine he is going to end up as a senior manager at some point - he is that good. This was on Jan 20th 2026.

    I rented from Enterprise during the insurance process after I totaled my car. I had just totaled my Jeep, and I joked with the representative, Jake Miller, that a Toyota Corolla is my "comfort car." When I finished paperwork and walked out to the rental, Jake surprised me with a white Toyota Corolla! It not only made me giggle in the moment, but also made the process that much less painful. Thank you, Jake! P.S. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Enterprise Sales! Fun fact: When vehicles are done being used as rentals, Enterprise sells them as long as they meet their standards. The vehicles that DON'T meet standards get sold to dealerships, and that is where most dealership stock comes from. 10/10 recommend Enterprise for RENTING and/or BUYING!

    I had a very good experience at this location for my weekend rental. Jake was nice and helpful, and the rental ended up being nicer and larger than I was expecting. The only downside was the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked, but the customer service was on point and that means more than a little lost time.

    5 star service at the Leetsdale rental place. The employees are so professional. Jake Miller, Matt, and Manny were awesome! I will use them for all my rental needs!

    I would choose a different location if you can. I reserved a truck three days in advance and then all they had was sedans and I was told I was lucky I wasn’t getting charged more since technically the rate for those was higher even though it was a much smaller worse car. The wait with an appointment was about 30 minutes and then I was put in a dirty car then had to move to another car. I dropped it at the airport instead and was called a month later with a threatening voicemail about collections because of their poor organization. I would go farther to go somewhere else in the future.
