Everything at the airport was over $600 for 4 days! Insane. This was such a great experience. Easy to find, centrally located, and GREAT customer service. When you are used to subpar, or acidic customer service, then you get a caring, truly caring, person like Kyle at Enterprise... that interaction creates loyal customers. I saw a repeat customer come in while I was there, and I can see why people would pay to Uber over here versus deal with the terrible people at the airport locations! The car was so nice. Really a great experience all the way around. Thank you for saving my trip.

They did not call ahead of time so we could make other accomodations and we did uber here from the airport so we wasted money as well. There was no offer of any helpful solutions, just an offer to add us to a list if a car does come available at some point. They had no idea if or when that may happen. There were several other people in their lobby having to deal with the same issue. We choose this enterprise for the price and I could not have regretted it more.
