I only had a debit card, so I called this specific location to make sure I could use it, instead of a credit card. Of course, I get there with my proof of insurance, license and card and I can't pick the vehicle up. IDK maybe I'm missing something, who knows..

Overcharged for my rental and when I called them out on this it still resulted in being overcharged claiming they were still collecting the “airport return fee”(despite being told at the airport they would remove this fee for how much of a disaster it had been dealing with the customer service line) but that they would fix the overcharge of the daily cost. Upon looking at the receipt - there is no airport return fee and they conveniently fudged all the numbers so I still paid the equivalent of the overcharged daily rate because they threw on a “miscellaneous charge” of $35?? Don’t even know if I can rent from this company again knowing this is how their individual locations operate.
