    The team was excellent before and after pickup. Vehicle was clean, new, and well optioned. They picked me up from the collision center and I was able to leave the vehicle at the collision center. Made my life easy and got the job done.

    I had a truly frustrating and UNETHICAL experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. This rental was provided to me after my personal vehicle was damaged by another driver. As soon as I drove off and exited the car for the first time, part of the interior door panel popped loose. It was clearly a defective plastic clip—not damage from an accident or misuse. I immediately called the branch to report it and was told it was fine and that I could continue driving the vehicle. Later, the same panel piece completely fell off. I called again and was told not to worry and to simply place the piece in the trunk. When I returned the vehicle, the staff inspected it and explicitly told me that everything was fine and that there were no damages. Now, two months later, I am being contacted and told that a claim is being filed stating that I was involved in an accident with the vehicle. That is completely false. There was no accident, no impact, and the issue was reported to the location immediately, twice. This feels Sketchy, Unethical, and Deeply Misleading. I was clearly told everything was fine at return, only to be accused later of something that never happened. At a minimum, this shows a serious lack of documentation and accountability. At worst, it feels like an attempt to shift responsibility after the fact. I would strongly recommend anyone renting here take photos and document every single issue in writing—even if staff verbally tells you not to worry. Or better yet, Avoid This Branch at ALL COSTS.
