- JBJason BruceOct 31, 20251.0I've been coming here for alignments since 2015. However, this last visit (10/23/2025 @ ~2pm) has me considering finding a new shop. Came in for a 4-wheel alignment as I just replaced several suspension components and installed new tires. I was told the front looks great but they didn't do anything to the rear. When asked why, I was told there "isn't a way to adjust the rear as there aren't any adjusters" and that "most cars, the rear isn't adjustable." I asked if my bushing were worn out or something but they told me there physically isn't anything to adjust the rear camber. The rear DOES in fact have eccentric bolts/washers for adjusting rear camber hence my confusion as to why they didn't even touch it, though I'm sure now I'll be met with excuses of "some components need replaced" or something of the like. My rear camber when I came in was -2.6° (just outside my max spec of -2.5) but the suspension settled a bit, leaving the "After" being read as -2.5°. While this is "technically" within spec, I came in and paid for a 4-wheel alignment and left with a 2-wheel alignment and a loss of trust for a place that's been my go-to and a place I've recommended to several people.
