  I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 PM for a coolant flush and oil change. When I arrived, I realized I could also get an alignment and brake fluid flush. I specifically asked the employee who checked me in if they had time to complete all of the services, and I told him I would rather come back another day if they did not, since I have additional repairs that need to be done. He assured me it would be fine. At 5:30 PM, I received a call saying they were “wrapping things up” on my car, and I was already on my way. When I arrived, another employee confirmed they were finishing up. I then sat in the lobby until 6:45 PM, only to be told that the alignment was never done. The explanation given was that they were “short staffed.”” The coolant flush takes a while”. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was clear upfront about my time and asked whether all services could be completed. My car sat there for hours, and I still didn’t receive everything I was told would be done. Being short staffed is understandable, but customers should not be told services can be completed when they cannot. Clear communication and better customer service skills are needed!!

  Came in for shocks replacement. They had the inspection done in less than 30 minutes and let me know what work was needed. I was honest about what my budget was. Brett worked with me on making sure I got the essentials within my budget and gave quote for the remaining work. It made me feel at ease knowing my car was safe to drive. I felt like they gave me clear communication and listened to my concerns. Thanks Brett and Brenda! I'll definitely be back for the rest!

  Toni was super helpful. I came in for a new headlight, she provided a check of the electrical connections— no extra charge. Headlight got fixed fast at a great price. She even gave me a Matchbox car as a Christmas present!

  I made an appointment because my brakes were squealing - obviously, something was wrong. The service was delayed a bit because they were short staffed, but the employees communicated well throughout the process. Jesse (store manager) was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and detailed my options, as well as recommendations for future service. I don't have a baseline to compare the price with other establishments, but the service was great.

  I brought my car in for an oil change when I left the car would not even hold an idle got home popped hood noticed oil spraying out of the Oil filter cap due to it not being put on and seated properly called them they said to bring it back so I did when I left the second time I could smell the oil on the manifold stopped and looked and was pouring oil out of the oil filter cap the guy said the original cap was “broken” they didn’t advise me of it and just put it back together so they said they replaced it but what about the severe oil leak guy tried convincing me my leak was old I can assure you this car had not leaked oil prior they cleaned it up I left brought it to another guy we took it apart and found numerous issues one the filter was infact not installed correctly number two it was double O ringed now going to cost me even more money to have this corrected and car mysteriously began leaking coolant this car had not had any leaks I would not recommend going to this place to even get diagnosis done as I overheard them tell a young lady things she needed done and when I left I Looked at her car and they lied to her spiking her prices way up this place is a scam do NOT I Repeat DO NOT bring your vehicle their for service then I was attituded by the lady at the desk giving me the most ugliest looks like y’all are the ones that don’t know what yours doing now i have to pay way more money to fix things yall broke and are denying
