  Brenda was fantastic and Toni was also very helpful. Very professional and the necessary repairs were explained to me in a way that I didn’t feel pressured. I even saw Toni help a young man explain to his dad over the phone what repairs were needed on the young man’s car. She stayed calm and did this in a patient and kind way, and she could have not done that. That is above and beyond service, I think.

  I’ve been going to this location for years and am always impressed with their service and communication. On my most recent visit, I primarily worked with Toni, the Service Advisor. She was knowledgeable, listened to my questions, and able to answer them in a way that was easily understandable so I could easily make decisions on which repairs and maintenance to prioritize. The service was done in a timely manner and thorough. Thanks Toni and Brakes Plus team for another great experience!

  We had our 2018 Subaru Outback serviced a couple of months ago here for front and rear brake pads and rotors. After the appointment, I drove half a mile and found that the front brake shield was rubbing. I laid under the car and pushed it away—problem one solved. I noticed some noisy braking for a few days and just assumed it was a new brake noise. My wife drives this car, and I haven’t had a chance to check it out myself after a few weeks. The noise got worse and worse, and she was embarrassed to drive the car at this point. I went ahead and checked the pads myself and found that the front pads were installed incorrectly, as they are directional. One side had both outside pads on both the inside and out, while the other had the inside pads on the outside. I attached a photo of the pads I took off the car, clearly showing the mismatch. I changed the brakes myself, and now it’s smooth and quiet as butter. I won’t be coming back, as it was more inconvenient, and seeing such a simple mistake makes me worry about trusting them to ensure our car stops properly with my wife and kids.
