  I stopped in and was greeted by David. He was very friendly and polite. David and Morgan work quickly to get my car all fixed up and safely back on the road!! I appreciate them so much.

  Take your car to the Brakes Plus on Evan’s! And definitely ask for Koltan the store manager- he made the experience as pleasant and painless as car repairs can be! He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my car even though I’m not what you would call car-literate and also offered to physically show me the issues, which I really appreciated. The team here also figured out the source of a mysterious clicking noise I’d been hearing for months—something another shop couldn’t identify. They were able to get my car finished the same day, which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend Koltan and the team at this location. They were all really friendly and sensitive to cost concerns as well!

  Shout out to Koltan for the help! - Stopped in to see if they could help me with a small issue, and they immediately jumped in to assist. I was in and out in no time and everything was handled smoothly. Really appreciated the kindness and willingness to help. Great customer service!!

  I emailed the address mentioned below in their response. Twice. no response. ... Bought new tires elsewhere and they gave me a coupon to Brakes Plus for alignment. Brakes Plus told me I needed new shocks and new struts, so I just let them do their thing. That was $2000 on November 4, 2025 and here we are in February 2026 without the parts. When I left the shop in November, I thought I was hearing the crunchy sound of bad shocks/stuts but thought maybe they were just new or settling. It was weeks later when I came back. They were very kind and quick to look at them again and replace them - they did say that they were bad and needed rework (I didnt ask how brand new items were bad, they were still quick and friendly, I didnt mind). But then they immediately sounded crunchy again. This time, they held my car and didnt call back, until I got a hold of them and they told me somehow the part wasnt working for my car and would be special ordered (on a Thursday to arrive on Tuesday). That was already nearly three weeks ago. Every time I call they say the manager has this and will call me back, but ... crickets. Not great for a brand new customer off the street who lives in the neighborhood and would have absolutely come back. I don't know what shocks and struts should cost, but I expected better for my $2000 and three months in. UPDATE to include - I left the fourth time and still heard the bad crunchy sound. They still arent fixed. I messaged that service line email address they gave below and wait resolution. It's 2/19. They were very nice, but I can't imagine why this keeps happening!
