- AAAngeloDec 3, 20251.0Kristina is a very hypocritical manager there . She treats customers and her employees with no respect. Is very unprofessional with how she is. I suggest stay away from the general manager from tracker. She makes people life’s more miserable.Avoid her !!!!

They had my boat for several weeks at the end of last Summer, charged me almost $600 to replace spark plugs, fuel filter and a $200 part. Took it out and it still died at idle, stranding my wife on a boat dock. Called them, and the service writer said they couldn't work on it until September 20th, so I asked for her manager. He told me no problem, bring it in next Monday, so dropped it off. Well, she called Tuesday morning and told me they don't work on anything over 20 years old (it's 23), and I told her they worked on it last Fall. She said she's just telling me their policy, so I told her I'd pick it up. I asked for the Service Mgr when I got there, and she said he's on vacation (how convenient for them). I'm trying to give them a no star rating; otherwise, I'll have to grudgingly give them one star. Update: Took the boat to Best Marine in Wheatridge-they did great work. They undid what Bass Pro screwed up, including a spark plug wire that was disconnected, corrected to original problems. It runs great now.
