Customer service says they don't have any other cars available and that it would be 24-48 hours to fix the flat. Do not ever use this company because if something happens with your reservation and you need assistance it's unAVAILable and you're SOL.

Completely self service, and that’s not a bad thing… But as someone with a disability who has trouble with mobility think twice on this outfit. Completely disrespectful with their customer service options.
