Would give no stars. THE worst customer service ever. We arrived to pick up our car and it had a flat tire. Customer service says they don't have any other cars available and that it would be 24-48 hours to fix the flat. Do not ever use this company because if something happens with your reservation and you need assistance it's unAVAILable and you're SOL.

Customer service is text only so if you have any issues, you’re basically out of luck. The agents in the chat are super unhelpful and barely respond.

You cannot speak to anyone so remember the color/letter that you parked at. I’ve worked at a rental car company and this is a far cry from it. Completely self service, and that’s not a bad thing… But as someone with a disability who has trouble with mobility think twice on this outfit. Completely disrespectful with their customer service options.
