  The employees were helpful and installed my windshield wipers on my suv. I kind of learned how to do it but I'm no expert. I also enjoyed seeing a woman show a male employee how to do it.

  It was AutoZone, employee was helpful, couldn't find the part I needed though. Store was clean and I was helped right away.

I don’t normally take the time to write long reviews, but my experience at this AutoZone—specifically with an employee named Alejandro—was so outstanding that it absolutely deserves recognition. I had been having ongoing issues with my 2009 Volkswagen CC VR6 3.6L. The check engine light came on unexpectedly during a long road trip, and I started to feel a difference in the performance of the car. Needless to say, I was stressed, tired, and unsure of what to do next. I pulled into AutoZone hoping for a quick diagnostic, but what I received went far beyond a standard customer service interaction. From the moment I walked in, Alejandro greeted me with a calm, professional, and genuinely helpful attitude. He didn’t just hand me a code reader and send me on my way—he personally came out to my car and connected the computer for me.
