- SGSavage GoCrazyyNov 3, 20251.0Worst autozone I’ve ever dealt with in life and it’s only one employee who makes the experience bad don’t know his name but gives out inaccurate information I’ve ordered parts twice at this location first time I needed to rear calipers and they gave me one and said my other was at another store in aurora I get there and basically they gave me the same part I have after confirming that I have 2 of the same part I communicated back with the Evans store for them to tell me they had both my parts in stock. Now I’ve ordered another part originally was supposed to be delivered on the 4th was told when I called today it would be delivered by 2 for me to get there and hear my parts wont be here until the 5th. Totally displeased with this store

That defective part only worked for 4 months before I had to get it replaced again. I went to return it and this AutoZone doesn't want to honor any kind of warranty when it comes to defective parts. I'd avoid this location of Evans and Monaco at all costs.
