It was like I was bothering them by making an $11.45 purchase. There were phones to answer, personal cell phones to type on, and every possible distraction from the operation of a retail store with paying customers. I definitely won’t be going back to this location.

She confirmed it was new, but did not let us leave with the starter in the box. Upon trying to install the new starter into my car, we realized that it was refurbished and doesn’t work. Not only does it not work, but caused additional wire damage that will now cause my car to be out of commission for even longer. Pretty insane to confirm multiple times that you’re selling us a new starter, then actually sell a part that doesn’t work. Why would you work at an auto care store if you don’t care about actually helping people fix their cars? Go to any other location where they won’t lie to your face!
