I had a misfire diagnosed and got helpul codes at this AutoZone but then Randy took the time to give me his expertise on how to properly troubleshoot the problem. Saved me a lot of time and now I know what I'm doing! No question this is one of the best AutoZones out there, part of the reason I love this neighborhood and will be moving back for sure!

He said he couldn't because he closes in 20 minutes and he had to close the store. That the head lights are tricky to change out and sometimes the can be hidden behind the motor. There was also a younger gentleman in the store with him. They both stood at the register and watched me through the window struggle to switch out my head light. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I received a jump after realizing my battery was dead; I called O’Reilly on Broadway since it’s closer to me; no answer. I called AutoZone and I spoke with Martin. Told him I needed a new battery and after a few questions, gave me battery options. I went straight there after my car was jumped; good thing I did since my battery was pronounced dead, lol. Martin literally took 10-12 min to install it. The whole process was wonderful-from the initial call to the installation. Five stars all the way!
