This was over a phone call so I can only imagine what it is like in that store but I will never go there since the other location was much more pleasant and helpful. Very disappointing experience overall.

They very rudely and disinterestedly told me that they would not open the keys for me and that I needed to watch a YouTube video to learn more. This makes no considering that this is an auto parts shop and they are there to help me, after all. I took my business down the street to O’Reily’s where the manager was lovely and immediately helped me solve my problem. Highly recommend for all your auto needs NOT shopping at this Autozone with their rude employees and instead shopping at O’Reilly’s just a few hundred feet away.

O'Reilly's does this. Literally everyone else does this except for AutoZone. Wasn't able to make a return because they didn't offer this feature so now I'm stuck with parts that I don't need

Without fail, every single time, the employees act like they’re annoyed you walked in the door. They’ll often say they don’t have an item without looking and then I’ll find it myself 30 seconds later by looking on the shelf. My girlfriend is scared to go because they’re so rude to her too. I’ve never been in a business before where their employees hate working there so badly and hate the customers. When you pay the employees usually won’t even say a word to you or anyone else in line. It’s bizarre. Has happened almost every time myself or anyone I know has been in. Either the owner or managers or someone must not care. Avoid if possible! I would spend so much more money here if I didn’t dread going in so badly. I want to give you my money please let me!
