- MJMadison Jones1 day ago5.0I love this autozone. These guys are so willing to help. My car was running out of oil and so I stopped in here to get some. I pulled up the type of oil my car needed on google and one of their employees legit took care of the rest. He went and pulled the oil type from the shelves and brought it to the cash register for me, then offered to come trouble shoot the issue at my car and proceeded to check and add the oil. My car ended up being very low on oil, so after a second trip inside to get more oil and add it, my car was ready to go. As a female who sometimes feels intimidated when it comes to car troubles, it was so nice to have the experience here that I did. Also, can’t complain that I never got my hands dirty. He went above and beyond. What a great experience. Thank you autozone.

I was purchasing four Duralast Severe Duty rotors for my 2019 F250 for heavy towing use. I wanted to pair them with Severe Duty semi metallic brake pads, which were actually cheaper than the Elite pads included in the promotion. One AutoZone location told me they could apply the promo credit and I would just pay the difference. This store refused, saying the promotion only applied to specific pad SKUs, even though the Severe Duty pads were in stock and lower priced. Instead of keeping a nearly 1000 dollar sale and applying a simple override, they stuck rigidly to promo coding and lost the business. Very disappointing customer service and inconsistent policy between stores. When you’re making a large purchase, you expect consistency and reasonable flexibility. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
