When my tire went flat at the gas station next door, he helped me find the tools I needed, and suggested I get help from the nearby discount tire. When I realized discount tire was closed, I called roadside assistance. They were unable to help, not having a large enough jack, and essentially left me stranded. I walked back to auto zone and asked for help if he had a jack. After trying to use his and it not being tall enough, he called his grandpa to come with his jack and help. All the while, he waited with me in 20 degree weather. They both helped lift my car and put the spare on. Giovanni did not have to help me, but he chose to. If all workers had the care and desire to offer help the way Giovanni does, both employees and customers would be happy. I appreciate all his help.
