  I just signed up for the Autowash car wash and I have nit had any issues. My only complaint is that this location is usually pretty busy and I am trying to get a quick wash after work before I pick up my husband from work. I wish there was a location out in Bennett where I live. We could use a nice carwash out on the eastern plains.

  The automatic bays are problematic apparently. Today 2/3 two of three were closed. I wish I would have kept a log. However it is my experience that 1 or more of these bays are closed more often on my attempts to wash thsn not. This results in excessive wait times. Enough so I have had to skip enough washes to make this membership a terrible value.

  Every time I go here it’s incredibly disappointing to see 2/3 auto bays and 1/3 self bays are down. Two thirds of the time I just drive away with a dirty car because I can’t afford to wait half an hour for a car wash. I only go here because it’s the only place I can have a full service wash with a roof box. If I didn’t have this roof box I would go to any of the other 3 car washes in a mile radius. TL;DR This place is always broken, go somewhere else.

  The main issue is reliability. One of the wash stalls seems to be out of service regularly, and that alone creates very long wait times. I waited around 30 minutes just to get into a stall When I finally got in, the experience got worse. The stall ran out of soap and the water pressure was very weak, so the car was only lightly rinsed instead of actually washed. After that wait, the result was disappointing and felt like a waste of time. The location is convenient, but maintenance needs serious attention. If all stalls worked properly and supplies were consistently stocked, this place would be fine. As it is now, long lines and inconsistent wash quality make it unreliable.

  Awful customer service. Waited in line nearly an hour (day after a snowstorm, to be expected), paid for my wash, followed the pull forward and stop prompts. Nothing happened. After a minute or so I pulled out and parked. I looked up a number for customer service and asked for a refund or credit for another wash. She blew me off. Said I "didn't follow protocol" and that I should have called before I even went into the wash. I didn't know there was a problem until I was already in. I didn't want to hold up the line longer, besides I don't work for the company, how should I know the protocol? "No refunds." She said, it was in the terms and conditions. What terms and conditions? It's a car wash!
