Literally not once have I seen them all working, including as I write this (only 1/3 operational). This leads to very long lines. Either maintenance is a mess or this is an intentional strategy to minimize operating costs since they make monthly subscription income regardless. They should be honest and call it sort-of-autowash. If you value your own time, don't waste your money.

- LLlJan 30, 20261.0Gave this place 2 tries and regretted it both times. Only 2/3 of the automatic bays are open an it’s one car at a time and each wash is 5 minutes. I spent 25 minutes waiting for my turn. The cheapest wash available is $18 but the drier didn’t even work so I left with my car soaking. Everything aside the wash didn’t do a great job especially not for the price. If you have 30-40 minutes to spare for a car wash then this is the place.

I was appalled, but as I said before, I was stuck in this line for 45 minutes and couldn't back up so I paid and drove inside. The sprayer wasn't any better than you can do yourself at the self service part! I had selected the dryer option and the aire barely dried my right side of the car and none of the windshield of the left side. I drove away and when I got home and looked at my car, it was still dirty from salt. Definitely not going back. My advice, wash your own car with a sponge or go through an actual ride-thru carwash. If anyone was wondering, I went through the automated one on the left. (There are 3).
