Only shop I trust touching my car, And that's for a reason. Are you getting nothing but the best and don't have to worry about the quality of work being done. They're fair, fast, and the best place to take your vehicle for anything you need. Can't recommend them enough. Tired of fighting with the dealership about skyhigh prices and abnormally long wait times? Look no further! This is where you take your car if you want it done right the first time!

I’ve been coming here for a year and during this time, David has consistently recommended that I replace the catalytic converter on my 2018 Subaru due to a crack in the exhaust. His *only* recommendation was to replace the entire cat. I decided to get a second opinion at a muffler shop, and after their inspection they found the issue was a crack in the flex fitting—a simple part to replace at a fraction of the cost. I’m disappointed in the lack of transparency and the assumptions ATR Automotive made about my vehicle. This review would have been very different if they had offered any alternative options or taken the time to identify the actual source of the problem. Careful who you trust and always get a second opinion, especially when the recommended repair comes with a hefty price tag.

We’ve been using ATR for years and love their quality and pricing. David is the best! We always feel confident in their recommendations, their communication is great, and work is always done timely. We’ve had them do things as small as replace lug nuts for a few dollars to as big as replacing our CRV engine that had died as a result of flash flood event. Thanks for being our go-to mechanic!

After getting jerked around for three weeks by a big dealership's service dept, we took our Legacy to ATR for repairs that the dealership had told us would cost $1600(plus whatever fees). We dropped the car off on a Monday morning, and got a call on Wednesday afternoon, saying the "repair" was just a simple recalibration, and $165 later we had our car back.

Not personal or friendly. Lack of customer service. No stated fee or estimated time. Originally spoke to Ryan over the phone about needing an adjustment after getting new tires on. Come Friday my car was showing signs of overheating , this is an on and off minor issue I've been handling but wanted a second set of eyes or another opinion, as I could not find leakage or malfunction. I mentioned it and was told I could leave my car over the weekend to be looked at . Come Monday I walk into "what do you want" from David, mind you I still was under the impression I  had my 9 oclock appointment.  Never was there a mention of it being moved or anything. Shop had my contact information. 2 different experiences between both workers. First encounter with David was also very unpleasant . Unhelpful and bothered even.  So this wasn't too much of a surprise.  When I stated I had left my car over the weekend he snapped and said " well we don't work on the weekends" which I understood but was just going based off what I was told on the phone. Never expected my car to be ready when I got there, I was simply hoping on on update. I was then told it would be a few hours before he could look at it. I ubered to the shop so hanging out was my only option as a was scheduled to be at work after this appointment. David argued with me when I was giving him info on what I had seen and had been noticing on my car . He was arguing the issue it could possibly have with me without even having looked at it. I simply was stating what I had noticed but he didn't seem to care for my (female) costumer input.  Immediate resolution was my headgaskets 🙄 Typical repair shop . I then stated I would only be using their services for my original alignment, David said it would be a few hours before they can get started on that . I then took a seat and stated I'd wait until it was done , not shortly after, my car as pulled in and started on . Maybe they were hoping if I thought I'd take all day , I would just leave 🤔 idk,  about a hour later David comes out to let me know that my car is stuck on their new lift.  😐 alignment done but my car is "stuck" on their lift.  David said he would "have to see if his guy can come out and fix it today" More waiting, after 3+ hours in already . Never once updated me on how long it might be. Finally,  annoyed I had to ask how long it would be after already waiting 2 hours after being told it was stuck on the lift "tomorrow at 8 or later" . When I can clearly see he was making no effort to actually get anyone out to help fix his lift. I was satting in their waiting room this entire time. While doing so, I heard David take many customer phone calls so I know he's very capable of being pleasant. It's a  shame they pick and choose who to be pleasant with.  I had a tire guy recommend this place and I definetly won't do the same but actually the opposite.  Word of mouth works both ways. I would love to add that Ryan stayed pleasant through this whole appointment, he was the one working on my car altogether.  Unfortunate for myself, I had to deal with David.  I sat there from 9am-3:15. When Ryan came out with my car and told me I was good to go, wished me a nice day, I proceeded to pay for the services that had been done. Ryan had been great and I appreciated his work. David without even looking up, stated he wasn't going to charge me for the service . . I said "sweet, thank you" and that was that. Appreciated that immensely and know I needed to add this in my review. Again, just wanted to share my altogether experience. First and last time going there. Oh and I've seen the shop responses on these reviews... sad they never respond to good ones but will argue with people who left their honest experiences. Seems like David.... but I'm not here for you to try to argue with me some more, just leaving my honest female experience at your shop.
