However, the last few times I came to the evans and monoco store the staff has been incredibly helpful. Shayla at the front desk is so friendly and knowledgeable she went over all of my questions and concerns step by step in a way that was so easy for me to understand. The manager NDU has also been there a few times when I came in and she is very welcoming and knowledgeable and went out of her way to make phone calls to other stores. Fred is the third staff member I see regularly and I can repeat all of the above for him also. Evans and Monaco is absolutely my new location entirely because of the great service by these three team members.

I literally went here to pick up an alternator and tried to return the core at another location and got a bunch of excuses and attitude.
