In October, I purchased and had a battery installed into my car that was too tall for the red cable to be installed securely. While this was not caught immediately, I am glad to report that I was able to return to the store after a few months and be taken care of by an understanding team. Freddrick was very patient with me as I explained my frustration about having problems so shortly after purchasing a battery from the store. He was able to determine the correct size that was needed and installed it. I absolutely respect a company that can own up to error and take care of their customers. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future as I know that their hearts are in the right place.

I have been here several times and they have lied about their equipment testing capabilities, depending on who's working.
