    I guess the size of the battery for a Nissan Sentra lists a couple of options. In October, I purchased and had a battery installed into my car that was too tall for the red cable to be installed securely. While this was not caught immediately, I am glad to report that I was able to return to the store after a few months and be taken care of by an understanding team. Freddrick was very patient with me as I explained my frustration about having problems so shortly after purchasing a battery from the store. He was able to determine the correct size that was needed and installed it. I absolutely respect a company that can own up to error and take care of their customers. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future as I know that their hearts are in the right place.

    Highly recommend this location! Staff (Kevin and Sonia) and manager Ndu were extremely helpful in figuring out an online warranty process on a refund for a failed part with the online team over the phone

    While they may have the part, they do not have the training to help you. I have been here several times and they have lied about their equipment testing capabilities, depending on who's working. They are also completely useless when it comes to finding an item, or knowing if they have an item.. I cant reccomemd going here unless you have too. I hate going to oreilys & auto zone but this location is no good.
