  Great customer service, quick and efficient. I had insurance through my credit card and car insurance. I’ve rented many cars with many different companies. This is the first time that I wasn’t pestered or pressured to take out additional coverage, which always make you lose a bunch of time.

  Ray and the young lady were great.. the car was great, the price was great, but I only had the rental for the day, and returned it the next day. This is now day 4 of my credit card being charged $444 per day, because the branch manager hasn’t closed out my rental folio yet. I’d sproken to a service rep who’d for some reason kept repeating my rental folio is still open (he repeated this at least 20 times within 30 seconds), but wasn’t sure what to do about it so he told me to call back later lol My card can accommodate some mistakes, but this has raised my balance very high, so I’ll have to shut the card down soon, so then dispute the entire business transaction

  I’ve been running through six rental cars by far. Denver. Union Station had the best customer service. Nick was an excellent greeter. I would recommend this location to just about anybody.

  Great customer service provided by Nick. Car wasn't available, but was apologetic and provided another option with extra options. Good location, next to union station, and car lot was a block away. Quick service. Would definitely recommend.

  Great experience with Sixt! Rented a car on the first day of our trip and then booked again through Sixt just two days later for another day trip out of the city. Both vehicles were in great condition, clean, and were fun to drive. The booking process was simple and hassle-free. I loved the option to select the vehicle through an email link during the check-in process. After the trip there were zero issues with either booking once the vehicles were returned. Would absolutely book again through this company.
