  My car was jerking and not running well. Popped in this auto zone and Jessica and her team took care of the problem quickly and efficiently . Highly recommend.

  This place is literal joke especially a woman named Jessica who claims to be the manager there. She gave me the wrong quotes on a sway bar link so I called back to ask for someone who knows what they're talking about and she told her staff to not help me because I told her she clearly didn't know anything and wasn't a parts specialist since she didn't give me the correct quote for a part I needed priced out for a customer of mine. Not the first time I've dealt with rudeness from this female at this location. She then called my husbands number from our business account to "tell" on me as well as if I'm not the one that calls and and get priced out parts on behalf of our company. Very unprofessional and very rude. Do not go here! They always have some dude at the front counter that doesn't give you the right parts and it's just ridiculous already. Learn how to do your jobs correctly!!

  I was trying to get my rear windshield wiper on my jeep for awhile and just couldn't get it to fit. Jessica, the store manager just got to work and saw me struggling and she spent the next 45 minutes helping me figure it out. Because I have an odd rear windshield wiper for my jeep wrangler, freedom edition, we couldn't fit what the store offered. She used new parts from the store and combined them with my old part that had the correct size clip and it worked. I am very grateful and appreciative for her patience and perseverance in wanting to help me out. You rock Jessica!!!
