  came in off the highway when the battery in our car was being rough, went in and got help immediately by the three folks on staff at 2 pm today. they loaned us the materials we needed and was patient when we asked for cleaner and a magnet, too. super chill people, definitely made the experience feel way less rough/stressful than it could’ve been.

  I have always lived near this location so I have routinely used it for battery swaps, windshield fluid refills, etc. I bought a better in January and didn’t turn in the core until April 23rd. They honored the discount without fretting. My boy Adrian gave me stellar service and handed me the cash in all crisp new bills. Small things but now I’m willing to make the drive from wherever I am. They’re good people and will help you out.

  I had an amazing experience at AutoZone thanks to Ruby. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all of my questions, and made sure I got the right parts for my truck. What really stood out was her customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure customers leave satisfied, but Ruby definitely does. She made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Because of her excellent service, I’ll definitely be coming back to this AutoZone for any future needs. Ruby is a huge asset to the team and deserves recognition for the outstanding job she does!

  The punk behind the counter didn't know how to look stuff up and he wanted to call me out for a fight he had tattoos on him and thermals in his face. I'll never go there again I am unhappy I spend at least $5,000 a month in AutoZone I am not happy

  I placed an order online received the wrong part then I had to uber to this location to change it. When I arrived I explained to an employee named Tyler that I need to swap an oil filter for the correct size then he very dry and unapologetic said I don’t have it. Didn’t offer an alternative option until I started asking more questions. After a back and forth he got defensive and argumentative. He went as far as telling me to go look for the part myself instead of just getting it for me. I asked for the manager and he laughed in my face. I need to know where I can file a formal complaint for this very unprofessional behavior. Sadly I shop at autozone frequently but after this and no accountability I will now go elsewhere
