  Prices should be lower for the quality!! Bays are always down and the driers never work or the undercarriage is broken. It’s ALWAYS something.

  absolutely insane vacuum experience. You have to download their app and register your information so they can harvest your data and spam you with ads on your phone/email. Then you have to pay anyway, it’s like $1 for 2 whole minutes, hardly enough time to even get to one side of your car. Doesn’t even tell you how much time you’re buying. The vacuums at 7/11 are free dudes. Edit 3/27: owner responded so now I feel compelled to. They say the app prevents “thousands of dollars” in petty theft but like, this isn’t a QR code to a way to pay online, there’s no scanner on the devices, they’re using the vacuum service specifically so they can get you to install their weird mictransaction slop app. That’s the point. If they just wanted to avoid cash handling all it would take is a QR code directing to Apple Pay. It took me 10 minutes to install, log in with a password that’s probably stored on plain text somewhere, then pay. There’s so much garbage on the app too, they really use it to slam ads in your face. There’s an “arcade” section which is like one of those “spin the wheel” slop ads that try to make you feel like you won something. Every time you click something it slams a popup advertising the “awesome deals” you’re totally missing out on. I just wanted to vacuum my car, thanks.

  It was ok. I did the Complete Plus wash and it did a good job of removing dirt/debris but some of the nozzles were broken so it didn’t get complete soap coverage. The no-spot rinse aid was very low pressure and barely applied anything to my car. Many of the nozzles didn’t make it to my car at all. Combine this with the blower not being thorough enough and I ended up with quite a few water spots even though my vehicle is freshly waxed. I probably won’t be back unless I hear that maintenance has been improved. I do appreciate that it is brushless/touchless so I hope they put more effort into maintaining their bays and improve their cycle programming.
