- JRjewels roseFeb 6, 20261.0usually very nice employees in the store. but my recent visit i asked a elder man who was working to help look at my headlights and he was very rude when he told me he wasnt able to. I then asked him to get me the LOW beam head lights wich were 35$, since i didnt know wich ones were the low beams . the next day i tried to install them only to find out i was given the HIGH beam head lights. when I went back to the store to try and return them or atleast get some kind of help the two male employees there were very rude and unhelpful . I went in on 2/5/2026 around 4pm to try and return the lights. I understand that they cant be returned if there opened but then if thats the case maybe train the employees to know the right items to give out.I wasted 35$ on lights ill probably never use and wasnt even able to get my money back or atleast a discount . definitely will not be coming back to this auto parts.😤😤😤😤

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
