- RTR TAug 8, 20251.0We stop in this Maverik frequently. All of the employees are friendly except one of the managers, Tiarra. This woman is nasty and unprofessional among customers and her staff. I’ve heard her curse in front of guests and snap at elderly who are confused using the self-checkout counter, as opposed to kindly assisting them. When asked if this location is open 24 hours, she replied “unfortunately”. How was this person hired? How has she not been fired? Maverik needs to ensure they are upholding Craig community values when they hire an employee, let alone a manager, who is required to showcase basic customer service skills - and kindness.

Perhaps that is why there is less food (I’m not talking about snacks like potato chips or popcorn) in the store. But I’ve never seen anybody in the Starving Arvin section.
