This woman is nasty and unprofessional among customers and her staff. I’ve heard her curse in front of guests and snap at elderly who are confused using the self-checkout counter, as opposed to kindly assisting them. When asked if this location is open 24 hours, she replied “unfortunately”. How was this person hired? How has she not been fired? Maverik needs to ensure they are upholding Craig community values when they hire an employee, let alone a manager, who is required to showcase basic customer service skills - and kindness.
