- GHGlen HunsakerDec 1, 20241.0Purchased a Tree Forestry truck back in 2020-21. Recently this truck would not Start! Had a mobile mechanic out who diagnosed it was a CDM problem and had to go to Ford. At Ford they told me that this truck had an aftermarket windshield in it, which was news to me seeing I never replaced it No Factory insignia on the windshield whatsoever so my best guess is it had to be replaced because it got broke during shipping Or for some reason Before I purchased it through Custom Truck. What Ford told me is that because of the windshield leaking apparently water had somehow filled the fuse box causing corrosion and had to be replaced $6000 later, I have my truck back.

Didn't get one mile away to figure out they lied about the whole thing. No air and had to take it to a real shop. One star is one too many. Never again. Also bought this truck from them.

Told them I would if u had another crane to run. We went with this company so we wouldn't have to worry about break down. If you are thinking of going with CTOS do not. Do not hold up to there word. Been down for 10 days now just for a PTO
