Terrible service.
Young workers not interested in working. Just messing around with each other while customers are waiting.

I went into this store to have my batteries tested that were in my car. The female was so rude and made me feel like l was bothering her. I asked to speak to the Manager and she yelled "I am the Manager". She than yelled at me and she said "I will do it. But you can not come in this store again". I am disabled and could not lift 2 batteries into the store. I ended up oing to another store. Customer Service is horrible in this store.

This auto zone has turned into the store that make the whole company look bad. I learned today that the employees know nothing about cars, customer service,or anything to do with common courtesy. Infact what made me realize this was a employee noticed me looking something and asked can I help you find something in witch my reply was starting to come out when she walked away and said one of the guys up here pointing at the counter as she walking towards the front door saying something to another employee in the terms of 'I'm on lunch" in a way I was confused on why she even asked me if I needed her help to begin with if she was not on the clock. In witch I had stated as she was walking away from me in return turned around and said I was the rude one. The amount of narcissistic hypocrisy that she spewed out of her mouth was mind blowing. I was almost lost for words. It's the arrogance of these teenagers thinking that they can say and do what ever they want to people. Just saying there gonna talk to someone that just don't give a darn and they are gonna fafo

James was a very rude at the checkout, he didn't great us properly or be respectful in any manner. He was salty like he hated his job. He wanted to get us out more than he wanted to welcome us in. I do not appreciate rude costumer service especially when they have worked there for awhile. Do not go here pick somewhere you will be respected. I would give a zero star if it was possible.
