- CMCaitie MartinezMar 21, 20265.0Made an appointment to get our Oil changed on Friday, the 20th of March, and when we checked in (a Lil early), Ruben told us 45-55 min. When it took longer than expected, the Store Manager, Vanessa, came to talk to us about our car, and apologized for how long it was taking. They're a busy location, so I understood. We weren't upset at all, because our car was overdue for oil change. When she handed us the receipt, she said that when we got our keys, we'd be good to go. She discounted it to ZERO! We had them check our brakes as well, and she provided us with an estimate. We took our car in the next day, and just dropped it off, as that was instructed by Ruben. We checked in around 3:30, and they said they'd be done by end of day. We're here now, at closing, and she's (our car) finished!! I gave 5 stars, because I HIGHLY recommend this location!! Ruben, Vanessa, all of them are great!! Keep up the good work y'all. 🫶🏻💜👏🏻
