A woman employee came up to help and I told her I was waiting for the barrier arm to go up and let me pass. She said the transaction didn't go through. I said it displayed approved. She insisted to do it again. I said only if she's sure, that I don't want to be double charged. She assured me. After doing it again I was immediately notified by my bank about the double charge. After getting my wash I went back around and informed the lady that I was in fact double charged & showed the bank notification. She sent me over to the office and told me I'd be taken care of. This woman was nice. When I got to the office I explained everything to the next lady & showed the double charge from my bank, she typed around on the computer for a minute and said there was nothing she can do. I asked nicely to please scan my card and credit it the $26 overcharge. She said she won't. I asked her to please then just give me $26 cash and we'll be settled. She declined and told me to call a number and figure it out. What was supposed to be a quick wash while running errands turned into a theft and a completely unnecessary hassle. Me and my family will never go to this joke of a company again. Ever.
