  Went in as my cadillac converger was cut off my truck. They where very honest with me. Let me know of a place to take that would do what needs to be done and is a lower price. We will be go back for other needs of our truck.

  They advertise free repairs for a slow leak in a tire so took it in, about an hour later they call and say it's too close to the edge to fix and also that my tires were pretty worn and should be replaced and handed me some quotes for replacement. I understand that not all leaks are fixable, but passed on the new tires and went down the street to the Big-O to get a second opinion. They told me it's $20 for the repair and took about an hour to get it in and take a look - fixed the tire with no issue and told me the tread looked fine and the tires should be okay for some time. I pulled out my wallet and the guy waived the cost and out the door I went. It's not about the money, nor the fact that one shop repaired and the other didn't - but the whole experience with this Goodyear shop seemed like a come on with a free repair to get you in to sell you new tires. When I do need new tires in about 6 months I'll skip this shop and give Big-O my business simply because I believe they're more ethical and at the end of the day that's important in who you do business with.

  Got a flat tire on the stock tire. Costco wasn't dare to repair since it's close to another patch. Russ and his crew took care of my car without buying a new tire.
