  Great service & appreciate them taking me to the dealership when I dropped off the rental. I had rental for 5 weeks, the 1st week paid by insurance co and & Enterprise made it easy to get car & reminded me to update rental period at the end of each week. They also ended my 4 week rental with a rate $60 lower per week than what I originally booked - you can't beat that kind of service!

  If I could give a 10 star, I would! The whole team, but Colton specifically has done a fantastic job. There was an issue with the first car, and without hesitation he was able to get us taken care of and into a new vehicle. Even on the first car he noticed a little section that was missed with some dead bugs and pulled the car back into the bay to scrub those off prior to sending us on our way! Very thorough, efficient, and friendly through the whole process. He went out of the way to make our experience the best!

  Renter beware. We received a rental that had a prior mechanical issue, vehicle broke down while driving during our rental time and had to have a different location provide a replacement vehicle. Weeks later this Centennial - Dawson location filed a claim against our insurance to recoup the cost of the repairs. We drove the vehicle perfectly but the manager Mack stated “you must have done something to it”, with no evidence, nothing to validate. Even the other location advised us not to rent from this Centennial location. We feel violated, that Enterprise abused the rental agreement to back door their way in paying for a mechanical issue with their vehicle. Never had an issue with a rental place in 15+ years of renting. Enterprise took no effort to hear our side of the story either.

  Family emergency brought us back 4 days early and they still charge the full week. They already have terribly slow service so this was the final straw. Herz has a better rewards and self check in process anyway.
