Waters Auto Repair is a family-operated business in Centennial, CO. Geoff Waters, our founder, has been passionate about the automotive world for most of his life. His drive to uncover and solve mechanical issues eventually led him to establish his own repair shop in 2017. We specialize in servicing all makes and models of cars and trucks from the 1990s onward, using premium parts and standing behind our work with a warranty.
Our team is made up of ASE Certified technicians who are dedicated to doing things right the first time. As a full-service shop, we offer a wide range of automotive services, including brake repairs, steering and suspension work, belt and hose replacements, fluid services, routine maintenance like oil changes and transmission repairs, engine diagnostics, A/C services, tire care, and alignments. They were honest and extremely respectful from the get go after I’d come from a shop that had quoted me an extremely high price and left me feeling ignored and taken advantage of. His team got my car fixed for a great price and made the entire process extremely easy. Will be going here for all my future car needs and have already referred them to several friends! Bonus points they have 3 super cute doodles to hang with while you wait for your car or are just checking out at pickup!

Tiffany returned my call. I explained to Tiffany and then the owner/manager Jeff Waters a complex situation involving a car dealership, my previous car, and a rushed deal I had to make on a pre-owned vehicle. I asked Jeff his honest opinion about the added value of a pre-purchase inspection through him after explaining that the dealership was doing repairs connected to the previous owner. Jeff told me my time and energy was better spent elsewhere, and that the dealership is unlikely to make further costly mistakes due to the reputation they need to protect. His honesty may have cost him short term dollars from a desperate seeming or oblivious consumer, which actually increases the likelihood that I'd trust his business in the future, and employ his services when my car goes out of warranty some day. Thank you Jeff for valuing honesty above short term business, and also using your understanding of the auto industry to do right by actual people.

This was an extremely arduous task, as with any old car we kept finding another problem after the previous problem was fixed. However, he bent over backward to get the car fixed and after months of his time, he got it running great. Everyone there was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He and his team really do care about their customers and it shows. I would highly recommend.
