It was super easy to have them replace it in the shop and was cheaper than going to an auto parts store to do it myself. Been coming here for years and will continue to come back. When I arrived home, I noticed that my oil light was not changed to 0% (easy fix), my tire pressure was low on all four tires and uneven pressure on each tire, my windshield wiper fluid was almost empty and took a gallon+ of fluid to refill... for starters. No one identified any other services performed other than showing me the oil dip-stick. I am on the fence whether or not your Valvoline Team even put a new oil filter on my car. Lastly, Valvoline used to be competitive to the Dealerships; Valvoline is now more expensive than the dealerships and you do not perform tire rotations and other necessary maintenance checks for my vehicle. Very disappointed. The only reason I did not give Valvoline a 1, is that it was indeed quick. Note: "I would prefer it NOT be quick and that my car receives the 18-point check you promise."
