I've been a member for about a month. On October 28 at 12:45, I entered the car wash with good windshield and came out of the car wash with cracked broken windshield. I immediately let the employees know and reportedly the damage. I emailed the company and sent them all the pictures with proofs. I found auto glass shop who will replace my windshield for only $700. I let the company know. They emailed me back rudely with denial of responsibility. I did file complaint with BBB and Colorado General Attorney. I am going to file a small claim court because thus company is not cooperating at all. They don't care about their customers and our cars. If you are a member with Take 5 Car Wash immediately cancel your membership. If you want new car wash membership don't going to this places. Evil and greedy company. I will make sure you guys pay for my windshield.

It is so easy to take care of the very few remaining drops of water with their towels and glass cleaner. Also, the folks that work here are genuinely super nice and helpful!
