Was told the management won’t fix it.The usual manager has quit since the take over by new company. Have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years—- 2 cars. We will NOT be back!

The mechanics had to take time away from working on the car to sign in the next person in the lot. There should’ve been somebody in the office to check in new people and check out the people that are finished so that the mechanics could work more efficiently. I was there an extra 30 minutes simply because the guy doing my oil change had to check in three different cars while he was working on mine.
