  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Truck Rental at the Centennial, CO location — not only because the truck itself was in excellent condition and suited my needs perfectly, but because of the exceptional service I received from two team members: Wael and Isa. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication stood out so much that I felt compelled to share my appreciation in detail. Wael – Knowledgeable, Patient, and Exceptionally Helpful From the moment I arrived to pick up the truck, Wael went above and beyond to ensure I felt fully prepared and confident. He patiently walked me through all the details related to operating the vehicle, including how to safely use the lift gate — something I was unfamiliar with. He answered every question I had without hesitation and explained each function clearly and thoroughly. His attention to detail made a big difference. Honestly, I don’t think I would’ve completed my project successfully without Wael’s help. His customer service was not just good — it was next-level. Isa – Friendly, Efficient, and a Total Rockstar Later, I had a question related to my rental and reached out to Isa. She could not have been more helpful. The interaction was quick, efficient, and honestly felt like I was speaking with a long-time friend — in the best possible way. Isa had all the answers I needed and delivered them with a sense of ease, clarity, and positivity that made my day. It’s rare to find someone who blends competence with warmth so naturally. If I’m being honest, it’s been a long time since I’ve had a truly excellent customer service experience — especially with rentals or similar industries where the expectation has been set (over time) to simply “get in, get what you need, and move on.” With staffing shortages, increased workloads, and rushed interactions becoming the norm, I’ve come to expect less from most service-based businesses. But these two — Wael and Isa — completely reset that bar. I caught myself thinking after both interactions: “Wait… was that seriously that easy?” “Did I just get everything I needed that fast and that well?” “Wow… that was actually enjoyable.” And perhaps my favorite thought that crossed my mind more than once: “Did they just win the lottery? Because they were SO helpful and positive!” I want to extend my sincere thanks to both Wael and Isa — they are the reason I will return to Enterprise Truck Rental in the future and recommend it to others. Yes, the vehicle was great. But it’s the people that make or break the experience. In this case, they made it exceptional.

  Friendly staff. Was offered a hitch adapter just in case and ended up needing it! Good looking out! Very thankful staff. Kind to my children as well. Had 4 in tow! Will diffently rent only from enterprise. Clear billing and they look ahead for you. Very satisfied customer! A+++ ☆☆☆☆☆
