I rented a car yesterday, November 10th and had a really horrible experience unfortunately. McKenzie, I’m told she is the assistant manager or something like that and it was one of the worst experiences I have had since renting vehicles from enterprise and the last time that I will ever rent from her store again! She is very rude unless a man walks in. Troy and Stephanie were amazing! They should have a manager and co-workers that are as nice as them!
