  I ended up not being able to pick up my car at the originally scheduled time, but when I called, someone answered right away and was incredibly helpful. I appreciate that they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I took a gamble and chose the “you pick” option, so getting a Dodge Ram was a surprise …much bigger than I expected (or wanted) but a lot of fun to drive! It definite was a steal as those are typically a lot per day. Every time I’ve rented from this location, it’s been a positive experience. The staff is friendly, responsive, and professional, and that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location for great customer service and reliability!

  I picked up a vehicle from this location on November 4th and to begin with you cannot modify the dates unless you call Enterprise’s customer service. I’ve called like 7 times in the last 24 hours trying to extend the rental since their one way fee to drop off at the Denver International Airport is $300. Rachel from Customer Service informed me that the local location that I picked up from flipped my name around on my credit card so that I can’t extend the vehicle. This location tampering with my name & credit card information in an attempt to make money off a rental one-way return fee instead of the weekly rate for $161 that was quoted yesterday is a new form of fraud and dishonesty. Colorado needs to pass a law about Car Rental Transparency because it makes no sense to charge a customer a one-way fee that is more than the rental rate. I’m done calling because the customer service department is overseas and they don’t know any of the FCC, FTC, or United States Contract Laws.

  I love this place and enjoy renting cars from them, in terms of process and customer service. I'm omitting one star because the call center makes assurances that can't be upheld at the rental location. It's a small thing, but the overall sense that this was the best rental experience possible was marred somewhat by this disconnect.

  Every single time I try to rent at this location I have problems. They never have any cars available at all even when you book in advance. The one time they did it was an old car, the carpet was ripped, the blinker switch was broken and so was the fuel tank door! Please do not waste your time renting with this place, this is a knock off enterprise rental location. THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!!
