  I love this place and enjoy renting cars from them, in terms of process and customer service. I'm omitting one star because the call center makes assurances that can't be upheld at the rental location. It's a small thing, but the overall sense that this was the best rental experience possible was marred somewhat by this disconnect.

  Every single time I try to rent at this location I have problems. They never have any cars available at all even when you book in advance. The one time they did it was an old car, the carpet was ripped, the blinker switch was broken and so was the fuel tank door! Please do not waste your time renting with this place, this is a knock off enterprise rental location. THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!!

  Im not a fan of talking bad about people but the customer service here was really bad… maybe more training would help ?

  Rude and unfriendly service. The guy was just smiling before I walked in and suddenly stopped and started talking to me as if he just wanted me to leave. Ill NEVER come back!

  I’ve had many issues with Enteprise before but was in a bind and they have left me in an even worse bind. The car they gave me had one dead key and the other was dying. Parked it into my garage and it wouldn’t turn back on for several hours and when I got it back on, it wouldn’t back out of garage at all. I hit the reverse and slowly went to backup it jolted like stuck in a ditch but wouldn’t move and nothing was in the way. I had multiple times where I got locked out of the car bc nothing would let me back in. When they came to pick up the car instead of notifying me by calling me off of their business phone the manager bri contacted me through her personal cell phone via text message which I did not give her permission to get my phone number and put it into her personal phone. And she then texted me on that number hours later asking me for my insurance claim number which I shouldn’t be giving that through text or any information through text as that’s permanent on her phone now and a breach of my privacy. She should have contacted me through text business phone and I would have gladly given her that information over the call but not in a permanent text to your perineal phone which I did not give permission for you to add my number to your contacts. Never reached back out to me. Haven’t even received a call from the business phone. Yet they are still trying to charge me $783. I don’t even have your car anymore. Was also told originally I could get caught up on payments as I hit a financial hardship because my bank was hacked and they authorized multiple charges without even telling me and I checked the contact and they did have to notify me but they made no attempts to even contact me until after all of that. They got mad that I had to refund the money but I’m like you shouldn’t have charged it so yes I’m refunding it. If this is how you do business that’s just sad and disappointing. After they told me I could slowly catch up on payments every day, I got a call later telling me I owed over $900 or they would report the car stolen that day. I’m sorry but that’s not the mind the fact recorded agreement we made. At first yes they worked with me as they should have after giving me a car that has so many issues. But then slowly would say well I did help you and work with you so I’m done now like no you did not but ok. And then they told me that I had to pay double everyday if I paid late and it would come out of my $300 deposit. They then said that’s in contract. No it was not. And also when you don’t allow me to actually read the contact and just rush me through the process, that’s not a legal contract now as I was not even given permission really to read what I’m signing before signing it. Also please tell me how not even including the second $300 you now want that I don’t believe I’ll ever get back even if I pay everything on time, my price somehow has gone up by $300 over night. And then they tried to also tell me that I had to pay by 10 am bc that’s 24 hours from when I picked up the car, ok that makes sense. So I called back to pay before 10 am, was told that would only last me until 6 pm that same day. But if you did the math, that’s almost two payments everyday even when paying on time. So I pay 10 am to 6 pm and then 6 pm to 10 am. What?
