He was honest, down to earth, and extremely thorough while inspecting my son’s truck. In the past, I’ve had bad experiences with auto shops recommending repairs that weren’t actually necessary. Jeff was completely different. He was honest, transparent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also shared helpful input about the overall health and condition of the truck, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping customers instead of just selling services. What a great experience. We definitely need more people like Jeff in the automotive industry. Kudos to Brakesplus for the employees like Jeff!
