What what’s your name?Austin and Hope were literally life savers. They let me barrow their fuel jug so I could refuel my car and be on my way. They did not have to do that as I was not a customer but I will be from now on.
- TTTrackHabitNov 5, 20251.0Hoo boy, where to begin.. a few months ago I bought a headlight here. It didn't last a week so I figured it was defective, and took it back in. Waited a few hours for a job that shouldn't take 5 minutes and when I was told they were done, I turned it on only to find out that they hadn't even removed the headlight. So I told them and watched them go through a few bulbs before it worked. Very sketchy.. of course it didn't last. So I get to the point where the convenience actually isn't worth the hassle, and it's far simpler just to do it myself. So here I am today replacing my headlight when I discover my INTAKE is not properly connected and has been hanging half off the entire time, explaining why my engine hasn't been feeling so powerful. Now, I admit I'm not very good with cars, hence why it took me until now to realize this, but this is TOTALLY unacceptable. I should not have to wait until something feels wrong with my engine to go and fix it myself because of a botched HEADLIGHT REPAIR on top of the numerous defective headlights they sold. I mean I am just speechless. It's not even in the way of the headlight, like I said it took me a couple minutes.
