Came in last week and the first wash did not get much if any of the bugs off my bumper (long drive through KS), Troy came out and offered to put me through again and spray and scrubbed my bumper prior to going into the wash. Got a lot of it off! Troy went above and beyond to help me out!

During my wash, the machine inside the tunnel—the wrap-around equipment that moves around the vehicle—struck and broke the left rear tail light cover on my car. The damage was obvious and happened while the vehicle was in their system. Staff acknowledged the incident and said a claim would be filed, but instead of taking responsibility, they refused to cover the damage. It’s frustrating to trust a business with your vehicle, have their equipment cause visible damage, and then be left paying for it yourself. Accidents can happen, but accountability matters. Refusing to stand behind your equipment and your service is unacceptable. I hope corporate sees this and addresses how customers are treated when their property is damaged on-site. I would strongly encourage others to inspect their vehicles carefully after using this location.

I checked the website and there isn’t even a membership option for the price I was charged. When I tried to call about this, I was immediately sent to a voice message that told me no agents were available and to leave a message. This is beyond frustrating and scam-like behavior. I will be canceling my membership as soon as I receive a callback.

But this month without telling me and without my permission they Increased my monthly payment and took it out of my account. I contacted them and all they will say is that there was an increase of Membership dues because of cost of new supplies. They are not willing to do anything about them illegally charging my account and causing me to have charges on my account for not having enough money they are very unethical in their practices
