  Just kind of average. Tech informed me of prices going up due to “everything going on in the world”. They were very fast which is what I needed for my busy day. In and out in 10 minutes. $140-$180 seems to be the standard price around Denver metro at Grease Monkey, Jiffy Lube, Midas. $164 total out the door for 7.9 qts of full synthetic for my 2014 Toyota Tundra. Hope this helps.

  No one was in the store, the guy came Out and said prices have gone way up and was trying to get me not to have it done. It took maybe 3 minutes and I’m not sure he did anything. I’ve been coming here for years with all 4 of our cars. Will not be back

  Customer service is not great here. I’ve gone a couple times hoping that would change but it hasn’t. I called to ask if they had the parts needed to do my oil change and then I would be by around 6 o’clock. They told me to try to get there earlier because they want to be closed and out of there by 7:10, so I felt bad showing up at 6:00 and had to try to get off work early. The first guy gave me a quote of $167. Then when I came to pay, it was $197. The guy working the front desk did help adjust the price but he was kind of rude about it and appeared to be put off by me questioning. There were a couple other small issues but overall I did not feel welcome or trusting of this place.

  The guy that met me at my car was really Nice. However, the oil change itself had many problems. They did not top off the antifreeze in fact it’s fairly low. They also broke a handle when trying to get the hood open and when I got home, I opened up the hood and the plastic part that goes over the engine was not clipped down in multiple areas. I also wasn’t able to get a receipt because their printer wasn’t working. I will not be going back to this place.

  I will never bring my BMW here ever again. First my receipt says I’m getting the “European Specialty Premium Synthetic Service”, but they actually used DuraMAX Dexos G3 oil which is designed for American and Japanese cars, not European cars. This oil does NOT meet the BMW (LL-17) minimum long life specification. I even called before coming to verify they had the right oil for my car and they said they did, so they either lied, didn't know what they were talking about, or gave me the wrong oil. If that isn’t bad enough, they gave me a $25 oil system cleaner treatment without asking me first. You are not supposed to use these types of treatments at all on BMW cars. It takes a lot of nerve to perform an unauthorized service that directly contradicts manufacturer recommendations and then charge me for it! If THAT isn’t enough, the final slap in the face is they didn’t reset my oil service indicator so I had to do that myself AND they didn’t even clean the windows (even though the receipt indicates that service was completed). This experience was a total failure on every level. Now I have to go spend another $150 someplace else to undo their screw up. Take my advice - if you a European car, never bring it here.
