Inaccurate! Amount of fluids JL billed exceeded vehicle manufacturers refill specifications. Deceptive! JL's "Included amount of fluids" is always less than actually needed. Excess fluid refills are added to the above $129.99 charge. Incompetent! The JL "technician" actually began syphoning differential gear oil from the fill plug rather than removing the drain plug. Substandard! Lower viscosity gear oil is being used; NOT 75W-90.

I did those myself probably 10k miles ago. Unless they got an aftermarket dipstick or borrowed the one I stash in the trunk . they wouldnt know about the atf fluid condition. Because dodge doesn't come with a dipstick in the tube. I guess they up sale based on recommended intervals from the factory. They recommended new shocks .... correct my car does need shocks. I asked them if my ball joints and tie rod ends need replaced as well as wheel bearings. The guy told me hes unsure. Well if you are going to sell shocks ..... give the front wheel a shake down.... if you are going to do a suspension job try to squeeze some wheel bearings, tie rods in there, you could have upsold me there. The labor hours from their quotes being roughly 200 per labor hour seems way too much for jiffy lube. Im considering having the shocks done. At the end of the day they changed the oil like I asked and did it well. Its the upsale that got me scratching my head.... but I was once a tech 16 years ago.

Thanks for another awesome customer focused experience! MidFeb - Aaron and the entire team at this location were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I stopped for a rideshare inspection and am back on the road thanks to them!
