- A5Adam 52802 days ago2.0Deceptive practices and they don’t take cash. They put 3,000 miles as my next service date even though it should be 7,500 to 10,000 miles based on my car model and oil used. Anyone can google model and oil for a vehicle and it will show up, but they are too lazy for this or most likely try to deceptively indicate that people need oil changes waaay before they are do, in my case 3x the mileage less than what’s needed. Other competitors get the mileage right, but not them. They don’t take cash anymore. I asked if they had a sign posted anywhere since I never left my car. Guy said there’s a sign on his pad somewhere but never showed me even after I asked. Plenty of competitors that don’t deceptively recommend oil changes 4,500 - 7,000 miles before they are actually needed and they also accept cash.

My biggest complaint is similar to what I’ve experienced at other quicky oil change places. The mess of spilled oil made a huge mess in my driveway and gutter. I honestly thought the oil pan plug was loose. I lost over 1/2 hour of my early morning crawling around with my flashlight checking for active leaks and scrubbing oil from my drive/gutter. This is not unique to this business but was significantly worse than others I’ve experienced. There has to be a better way…

Lots of little perks such as topping off fluids, checking brakes, etc. Cost of oil change was reasonable and comparable to other similar companies. Be sure to search for coupons online before going!
