Being that I drive a Kia Optima which is notorious for burning oil, they always check the oil and top it off between my services to ensure I don’t get engine damage. Another thing, they don’t try to upscale anything. Came in for an oil change, was told I need to do an engine flush (which I was aware of) to get the sludge out to prolong engine life. It costed less than I expected and now my vehicle runs quieter and happier. Thank you all!
