They initially told me it would be around $160 or more because of the vehicle, which I was fully prepared to pay — I just wanted it done. Then a guy comes out and tells me they don’t have the “right tools” for my vehicle. That’s honestly a bunch of crap. I’ve had this exact car serviced at this same location a few years ago with zero issues. It really gave the impression they just didn’t want to deal with the job because it was later in the day. I would have completely understood if they had simply said they needed an appointment due to the vehicle type or the time. Instead, it felt like I was being fed a line just to get me out the door. Save yourself the hassle and go to Midas — they charged me $100 and handled it professionally. Big difference dealing with people who actually want to do the work.
