If you have a tight budget, they are more than willing to work around and she did that exact to the tee. As well flexibility to either keep what you have or upgrade the next time you come in with a specific part or parts. Highly recommend!.

I had a lot of break issues, but they had reasonable prices and tons of coupons. After my break service my breaks started to squeaking, but they got me in again right away. Thanks again Rob!

Manager said about an hour to hour and a half for an oil change as I made an appointment. 2 hours later… suv still sitting outside… tech finally brought it in after 2 hours and 25 mins. We got an oil change and didn’t even make it home before the oil light came on. Oil leaking everywhere from under the car. Towed it to the dealer for them to look at. Would NOT RECOMMEND. - JJJustinJan 1, 20261.0Stay far away!!! GET A SECOND OPINION AS THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. They will scam you for cheap parts and their brake packages are a heap of junk. The manager was unprofessional and will be pulling our corporate business to discontinue our fleet account with them asap. We have given Dustin and previous managers and Brakes Plus 100’s of thousands of dollars over the past couple years all for me to walk into and Dustin comes strolling out to upsell me on something else they found and will be casually another 3k. My employees have always complained they felt pressured to buy something else on top of the routine maintenance so decided to see for myself. There hasn’t been 1 time that we have gone to Brakes Plus and they haven’t recommended a huge bill. The pricing is insane! Went to the dealer and got better parts for cheaper than they quoted and the tech at the dealership said half the things weren’t needed yet and doesn’t know why they were even recommended in the first place other than they are looking to get high tickets. They are upselling the hell out their parts as they buy knock off brands. Don’t be fooled by their tactics, GET A 2nd OPINION and don’t let the manager Dustin or Nahum to upsell you on something til you get a different opinion as the last 4 times we tested their theory out on 4 of our fleet vehicles our personal mechanic said there was no need to do the work and they were scamming us.
