  So I went to have an alignment done yesterday and they said they couldn't do it, because I "needed a new tie rod, balljoints, and sway links". At first, I thought they were really cool, because they didn't charge the inspection. They even offered to fix those for me, I didn't want to jump into that because I know it would have been expensive. I found is strange though, because Firestone said nothing of it, when I got my tires. However, I know a mechanic and he looked at it for me. There was nothing wrong. I also had it taken down to Big O, who found nothing wrong and did the alignment. Essentially, they tried to scam me out of hundreds of dollars by fear mongering about my suspension, saying it was "so bad my tire could fall off", when I really just needed an alignment. This is definitely one of those shops to avoid.

  I came in as my breaks were making such bad noises and got amazing customers service by Nahum. All around great place. Got me right in, let me know everything that needs to be done. Communication was on point all around! Love it. Great man and 100% top notch customer service. Thank you so much for being on top of your job, knowing your stuff and having the knowledge to tell people what's going on and having wonderful customer service. Hard to come by these days! Thank you, thank you.

  Had an alignment done I had called before on the phone and Dustin said he could get me in right away. No waiting no appointment made and was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Their techs were super cool guys and made sure take extra precautions with my car and were super friendly with other customers as well!

  I came here and had my transmission gasket replaced on my 03 4runner and the gasket went bad after 13 months ago, I ended up taking it to My Mechanic for them to replace the faulty gasket. I also had my driver side CV Axel replaced 24 months ago and both boots on their work is already gone bad, I replaced it myself. They are nice here but their parts are garbage. They charge a lot for the work and parts and then the parts end up going bad after a couple years. Also had them do a power steering flush and they ended up leaving the cap on the power steering reservoir loose. Good thing I ended up seeing power steering fluid coming down the side of my engine and was able to fix it before it became a bigger issue. If you like to waste money on inferior parts go to this place because that's what they install. Disappointing because I used to like to come to these guys but I've come to realize my pocketbook does not.
