    I had such a great experience today thanks to Rachel! She went above and beyond helping me with my battery warranty replacement and installation. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, made sure the process was smooth, and handled the installation quickly and with care and was very through. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Rachel does. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into something easy and even enjoyable. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have her on the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

    Consistently very poor service. Yesterday they sold me the wrong belt for my 21 GMC 3.0 Duramax. They list of 74 1/2 and 75 inch belt, neither fit! O'Reilly has the correct 75 and 5/16 belt. I went in to return it, and for the second time in a row was treated like a criminal by Kenneth. He literally said "no offense but I don't trust you", as if I was returning a used belt. Last week he refused to return a fuel pressure sensor which he also sold me the wrong part for, saying it was installed, it hadn't even left the box. Look at the pictures see for yourself... Note, I removed it to take pictures! 10/10 waste of time and money.

    I went in to get a new headlight, and asked what headlight my make and model of car needed for a low-beam. The employee showed me the light, I bought it, got home, realized it didn't fit, because he had sold me a set of brights. Went back, asked to trade them in for a set of low-beams, since they had sold me the wrong ones. He said no, but I could buy a new set. So I did. Those were also the wrong bulbs. For reference, I handed the guy at the counter my old bulb to look at, and told him (for the second time), my exact make and model. Went to O' Riley's and they got it right on the first try. Still, kinda my own fault for not knowing exactly which bulbs I needed, but I definitely would not trust those guys to know either. Costed me $150 bucks for that lesson and a working set of lights, though.
