    My son's credit cards where stolen and the thiefs tried his credit card 13 times at this store. This is very weird!!!! How does this not raise a question to the people working at the store. If it doesnt run two maybe three times okay, but after the 13th time come on!! My son called the manager and questioned them and asked if someone was possibly involved and the manager just yelled at him and said we dont have cameras and hung up. Now all this has no affect on quality of parts etc... just questionable people working here. I sure hope cooperate will do some training on what I would think would be common sense.

    Today’s visit at Advanced Auto Parts truly redefined my expectations for a visit to a retail store. Upon arrival, I was swiftly greeted by two younger associates. After looking around briefly, the store manager, Rachel, offered to provide assistance locating a part for my vehicle. The amazing customer service did not stop here- she offered me advanced insights to the product, recommended alternatives for my budget, and even provided additional items to help my car reach its fullest potential. She also enrolled me in the loyalty program and offered my warranties on my purchase. Rachel, Faith, and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond and I now have a new favorite automotive part store. I will be back!

    I had such a great experience today thanks to Rachel! She went above and beyond helping me with my battery warranty replacement and installation. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, made sure the process was smooth, and handled the installation quickly and with care and was very through. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Rachel does. She turned what could have been a stressful situation into something easy and even enjoyable. Advance Auto Parts is lucky to have her on the team, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

    Consistently very poor service. Yesterday they sold me the wrong belt for my 21 GMC 3.0 Duramax. They list of 74 1/2 and 75 inch belt, neither fit! O'Reilly has the correct 75 and 5/16 belt. I went in to return it, and for the second time in a row was treated like a criminal by Kenneth. He literally said "no offense but I don't trust you", as if I was returning a used belt. Last week he refused to return a fuel pressure sensor which he also sold me the wrong part for, saying it was installed, it hadn't even left the box. Look at the pictures see for yourself... Note, I removed it to take pictures! 10/10 waste of time and money.
