    If I could give a negative 10+ I would. I purchased a one month unlimited, NOT monthly and have been getting charged multiple charges a month for several months even though it was cancelled and refunds ($600) requested. There is no customer service to speak of, no one to actually talk to. They are the masters of the runaround. Do not support this company, they SUCK!

    I’ve been here multiple times before but what I experienced today was nothing but disappointing. Despite having raised their prices, there were hardly any towels, no spray bottles, and neither floor mat machine was working.

    Went through and the guy who tells u like where to line your car like wasn’t paying attention for shit. My boyfriend’s car hit the railing. He was putting thumbs up as if everything was okay. Like huh? Immediately after he wiped down the car he like put down the stick and it went back and hit his car and drug against it. When we told him something he just sat there and acted mute. Horrible customer service. He could’ve apologized or like acknowledged it at the very least and just acted like he didn’t hear anything like I don’t know. It was just a crazy experience to have w someone who was a fully grown adult, but idk maybe that’s just me.
