  I purchased their car wash program last winter and canceled it in the summer. I bought the same program again this winter (last October), but their system sent me my old code, so I wasn’t able to use it. I’ve contacted their customer service many times, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

  I went through this car wash and came out with a spiderweb crack across my rear driver-side window, with the glass literally separating around the edges. I immediately reported the damage and filed a claim with management. After their “internal review,” they conveniently decided the window was already damaged before I entered—even though I had no prior damage and no knowledge of any issue. They refuse to pay for the damage, and to make it worse, they also refuse to share the photos or footage they claim prove pre-existing damage unless I take legal action against them. This is an unacceptable way to handle damage they caused. Zero accountability, zero transparency. Absolutely garbage customer service.
