I do not care if your tired or having a bad day thats not how you do your job, your supposed to treat your customer with respect.

Its still a gm product. Why not? Lazy, half-assed and only out to make a buck. Customer service is a joke. I usually only make positive reviews.. it has to get pretty bad before I leave a negative review .
