The staff there have always been helpful and courteous, never pushy. Bob showed us the features etc on the cars and when we made our decision he went over everything on that model, and when we picked up the car the next day with our daughter he went over everything again for her since she takes us on out of town trips. The paperwork went smoothly, thanks to everybody there.
